The short term down trend continued and the July FED meeting minutes clearly enhenced today's short term down trend, even though what the minutes showed was a mix of balanced opinions.
To reverse short term trend, it first needs to stablize and stablization takes at least 1 day. Since stablization has not happened yet, the reverse is not likely to happen this week.
